'Adenau' Limited Edition Art Print

The story:
One man who flew down this stretch of circuit towards Adenau was Jimmy Stewart, whose brakes failed during the Eifelrennen Sports Car practice in 1952. Stewart was driving his Ecurie Ecosse Jaguar C-type when he realised he couldn’t brake. “I was furiously pumping the brakes but nothing happened,” said Stewart, “The car went through the hedge and upside-down but I managed to switch off the ignition with my foot.” Luckily Stirling Moss saw he was struggling, pulled him from the car and gave him a lift back.
