Brandish 1 is from Rachael Clegg’s Milestones series in which every single image illustrates an event from the history of the Isle of Man TT Races.

The story:

TT maestro and 23-times TT winner John McGuinnessreckoned the widening of Brandish could reduce the average lap time by three seconds. He was right: in 2007 John McGuinness broke the record with a staggering 130mph average lap speed. These were the leathers he wore when he broke that record.
