Hickman Sector Four is a limited edition 1/1 oil painting from Rachael Clegg’s Sound Stories series in which she transforms sound recordings into abstract art. Hickman Sector Four is based on nine-times TT winner Peter Hickman’s record breaking lap of 135.452mph, which he smashed in 2018. Hickman kindly supplied Rachael with onboard footage of his entire record-breaking lap for her to use as the basis of her series. This particular painting follows Hickman’s sound from Laurel Bank to Cronk Y Voddy, offering the viewer an insight into Hickman’s dramatic speed changes throughout this particular sector of the IOM TT course.

The canvas measures 80cm by 80cm and is painted in oils.
